how are they calculated? i know the top 4 and the 5th is your lowest subject, but what about the effect of your class mates and how your school went??? someone please reply before our atar get released next week

Top 4: English and best 3.
Bottom 2: 10% of your lowest 2. If you do 5 subjects all up then only 1.
In general, if you cohort/class does well in the exams then the sacs will probably be moderated up. But if they dont do as well then your scores may go down. It is a ranking system so just beause you get A+s in sacs you arent assured of an A+ moderated mark.
