Phones become outdated so quickly. My Sony Ericsson from a year ago can barely run the usual functions (email/music/camera/etc) because the services have become more feature-packed, but the phone's power has not increased at all.

If you want to buy a smart phone to use like a smart phone, always buy the latest, or it'll stop being a 'smart' phone in about a year's time. Your choices for Android is pretty much the Samsung S2 or the Galaxy Nexus.

Also, Android phones are inherently laggy but powerful (good at doing things, bad at displaying things), iPhones are inherently snappy but slow (generally no lag in interface, but slower at loading/etc).

So I am officially in the possession of a HTC Incredible S. Love it, but really, after my last phone, that is no suprise haha. Thanks for all your help guys!
