Today was the first day i decided to take jack3d, I've had it for about 2 weeks but because of all the stuff I hear about it I decided to delay using it.

I only used half a scoop, but still put the same amount of water as what is needed for 1 scoop, bloody hell that shit is powerful !
It has Beta Ala-nine in it, makes people with bloody type-O ich a lot :P.

I know that I have blood-type O, so thats why I don't buy preworkouts and most preworkouts have Beta alanine.

Also they used to be a banned substance in Jack3d (1-3 dimethylamine) and they've take taken it out :P.
I thought they still used 1-3,dimethylamine in jack3d? I think it's just banned from sporting events or something.

Mine has 1-3 dimethylamine, but yeh it's been banned in sports.
