Sorry, mate.  Teacher's Edition is pretty hard to find unless if you can bribe ask your teacher successfully.

Unless of course if your teacher is really nice.

Basically, people want the Teacher's Edition because it contains fully worked solutions to most (if not all) of the problems in the book.  I'm not sure about the Methods textbooks but the Heinemann Chemistry book has fully worked solutions to all the questions in the book.
