1. Why are you doing this subject?
I enjoy reading, and it's an area that I'm good at.

2. Which texts are your school using? And, which texts do you currently believe you are going to use on the exam?
Wide Sargasso Sea
Emma
Katherine Mansfield's short stories
The Boat
And others I assume...

3. What study score are you aiming for?
40s, hopefully mid.

4. Is literature considered as the best subject ever for you???!!!!
Revs is probably the most enjoyable, but it's up there.

Don't miss Gossip Girl- A Royal Wedding!!! It should be good! Georgina is featuring in this episode as well!

I think Blair and Chuck will get together again though!

Let's digress for a moment: who watches Gossip Girl here? I feel alone! :P

Really? What did he/she say?
I just realised your username is like "gossip girl ex oh ex oh", like when gossip girl says you know you love me at the end of the theme song at the start. I thought originally it was good game haha

1. Why are you doing this subject?
English has always been my strong point, I want to be a journo so i figured doing Lit and English would be beneficial
2. Which texts are your school using? And, which texts do you currently believe you are going to use on the exam?

Atonement, The Tempest, Beowulf, Mary and Max, 60 Aus Poems, Lady Windmere's Fan
3. What study score are you aiming for?

Such a competitive subject as said above, would absolutely love over 45 but will be happy with 40+
4. Is literature considered as the best subject ever for you???!!!!
I hope so, my school didn't offer 1/2 but I'm very excited to start

In Cold Blood and maybe Mansfield. Is anyone else studying In Cold Blood?

Finally, I thought I was alone!   :P

Ever since I moved into it in Unit 2, I've liked it a lot, the subject and the class itself. My English is stronger, and I feel that Lit offers more of a challenge to work harder.

In Cold Blood
Sixty Lights (I know what I'm not doing on the exam...)
Lady Windamere's Fan
60 Aus Poems
Hamlet

Will probably choose In Cold Blood and Hamlet.

I'm going to try for anything over 40. I will be stoked if I do.

Not the best, but it's up there. ;)

1. Why are you doing this subject?
much more exciting than english and because there aren't that many others (about 6 including myself) that acutally chose this subject that means MORE HELP!! And we're pretty tight the small class seems like a family.......also it scales up by 1  :P

2. Which texts are your school using? And, which texts do you currently believe you are going to use on the exam?
  • The Tall Man (which we are doin now and i have a views and values SAC on it tommorow :-\
  • Two Brithers
  • Moral Disorder
  • something to do about bleackes petry and designs

3. What study score are you aiming for?
30+ would be nice i mean thats pretty much all i need, but 40+ would be even better, if i get 40+ then i dont need to work that hard in other subject   ;)

4. Is literature considered as the best subject ever for you???!!!![/color]
its certainly the most interesting and entertaining, but i can say its the best, want to know why? IT BECAUSE MY SCHOOL IS STUPID THAT THEY WOULD MAKE LITERATURE AT THE VERY LAST PERIODS OF THE DAY, so every time i go to literature im pretty tired, even though i love it its just hard to concentrate sometimes, so i guess i cant say its the best subject for me.....but well......its the one i most enjoy, incuding my funny teacher, i dont know how she does it but she's always seems hypo. ???  :D

anyways GOODLUCK EVERYONE!!!  ;D ;D

1. Why are you doing this subject? Because i like reading and analysing texts.

2. Which texts are your school using? And, which texts do you currently believe you are going to use on the exam?
-Hamlet
-Gwen Harwood poetry
-Mrs Dalloway
-Bastard Boys
-After the Quake

i'll probably do the poetry and Mrs Dalloway

3. What study score are you aiming for? 42

4. Is literature considered as the best subject ever for you???!!!!
I love it and I have an awesome teacher but I wouldn't call it the best subject because I get asked to discuss a lot of stuff and read out what I write. since i'm a bit of an introvert this makes me want to  hide in a corner and never come out again.
