Deans Scholars Program - Arts Scholarship

I received an ATAR of 99.35 and this course is my second preference after law/arts, also at Monash.
Last year the clearly in for this course was 99.00 and it says a scholarship is attached, however, i did not receive a call when the ATAR results were published and now i'm worried i might not get the scholarship.
Can someone please provide some answers. Thanks.

My assumption is that it would need to be your first preference for it to be considered.
