How do you refer someone? Do they just have to sign up and then you ask if someone referred them?

and also what if someone is from a different state (moved there after VCE) and uploads VCE notes?

Queensland operates on a radically different system to the rest of Australia and we're waiting for the national curriculum to come in before incorporating them. As for general study templates, they should probably go on the forums as the notes system is for subject-specific study materials.

If someone is interstate uploading VCE Notes we will scrutinise this suspicious activity very closely

I guess so, but it's not really in the spirit of the competition which is to get interstate members on board and interstate resources (as in, non-VCE)

i was gonna cheat but then i felt bad so i decided not too bcuz i would need to give admins my address and if they found out and then like came to my house and wanted the voucher back it would b awekard and i might have to kill them and dump their bodies in a river so nobody would find out so i was nah not worth the $100.

yeh i was talking about hercules because she has 8 referals but her points are still on an divisable by 5 so out of her 8 invites none of them have done a single post so thats a lil sus.
