Don't know exactly what this means...

Care of Department of Education... Probably this came from the Governor's office then sent to Dep. Education which found our address and mailed it to us.

I don't think it can be top 100, people i know have got higher atars and still not been invited. it must be something to do with 50's or premiers awards.
