I heard that you can find out your offers a little early in an early edition of the Herald Sun, can someone advise me on this?

This is probably a stupid question but when I applied on the VTAC site it asked whether you wanted your offer to be published on the newspaper and I said 'no,' so does that mean I won't see my offer at 4pm on the Herald Sun website and I have to wait till 5pm on the VTAC site?
