internal transfer question

I'm a little confused about how to go about filling out "section F" of the internal course transfer application form(coursework only). Am I required to get the authorizing signature from each subject I've completed this semester, individually from each faculty?

i thought only international students could transfer after one semester

(What I would do is go to your campus' student services and see if they're able to sign it, if not, they should give you further instructions about who's meant to authorise it)

wtf I thought mid year transfer is only for internashes?  (ohh just for some courses lol)
