Does Monash have similar to Melb AKA "SEA's APP" Uni?

You know how Uni Melb has a Seas application to lower the 'Guaranteed ATAR'. Does Monash Uni to have something thats similar or equivalent to 'SEAS application'? If its true, since the Aerospace Engineering/Science at monash is 92, would it possible that it would low than a bit to under the guaranteed entry? If their is equivalent 'SEAS application' for Monash Uni, what would the 'ATAR' be lowered to its minimum for Aerospace Engineering/Science?

Sorry for the commotion, I know I'm only in year 12. I just want to secure myself fully next year.

You can apply for that course under the Vice Chancellor's Access Scholars, you'll need a 90 and will need to satisfy the requirements. It comes with a one-off $1000 bursary.

Thanks Werdna, is there any applications that can lower a 90 ? a 90 to an 92 are pretty close to each other.

Not too sure, I haven't come across any access programs that would lower entrance scores by that much.

AFAIK, Monash doesn't have anything like Access Melbourne where they guarantee you a place in a course if you're eligible and blah blah blah.

But SEAS is SEAS; it's there for people who have undergone difficult circumstances during their VCE and every person is assessed on an individual basis.

Who knows, if you do endure difficult circumstances, and depending on the severity of said circumstances, you may be able to get into that particular course with an ATAR below the clearly in.

But ATARs are ATARs for a reason. You may feel like a high ATAR is out of reach for you right now, but just take that as motivation to do your best and just see how things go.

Don't stress, esp. this early in the year.
