Call ITS (or eSolutions as they are known now) and ask them to reset your password for you :)

Am I correct in saying that this process is complete after we receive our transaction number?

There is nothing we need to do to accept the offer via VTAC MyInfo?

Thanks :)

You need to do all of the steps in WES:

(mine is a bad example because my enrolment is kind of screwed up at the moment)

So yes, once you've entered your personal details, done the enrolment questionnaire, dealt with HECS and entered your units, you've completed your enrolment :)

It's ridiculous - WES is a massive pain. You only ever use it to (re)enrol, check your exam timetable and then check your results though, so it's ok.

... And actually, if you're doing Med you won't even do it for that - you get coddled by your Faculty so much that they do most of that stuff independently and just send you what you need to know via email :P

Hey grevenchorf - I noticed you have units in Gippsland and Berwick, do you study those off-campus?

Having used both Melbourne and Monash, I am so VERY thankful for its WES over Melbourne's ridiculous study plan.

Also, I noticed your Web enrollment system also says unit enrollment unavailable too. When can we enroll in units? Do we have to wait until the 20th/enrollment day?

Also: got the password to work! My account is still active after all this time. I had 88 unread emails ^__^

That's actually my enrolment from when I was just going to be doing Arts, I've been accepted into Law now so it'll completely change aha. But yes, they were going to be studied off campus - I did the same for a unit last semester as well :)

Yay for your password! And I'm not really sure, my enrolment is really screwed (it shows me studying three degrees, BA and 2 x BA/LLB), so I don't know whether you should infer anything from mine at all :P

I think it becomes avaliable on like the 19th but you'd be wise to go to the info session first :P

If you don't mind me asking, how did off-campus learning work? Was it all online? Just asking because I'm considering some units off the Clayton campus :)

i ceebs doing this right now
Does this help: http://www.monash.edu.au/enrolments/dates/new-enrolments.html

Although I wouldn't leave it all untill the end. Do some of it now i.e. the online Monash account part.
Depending on the Faculty but for business and Economics its the 19th, refer to link.

Basically if the unit is offered off-campus, it's all online. You generally just watch the recorded lectures, do any assignments and then sit the exam at the end of semester. If the unit has a tutorial participation mark for day students, they generally require you to contribute to discussions on the online forum (major pain, I always forgot to do this and probably lost a lot of marks by not).

If you can manage your study well, definitely go for it! I live on-campus at Clayton so travelling to Berwick twice a week wasn't really cool with me, saved a lot of time and money in travel!

Do you live @ Mannix or one of the halls?
