Received an offer for optometry At deakin Geelong.

Q -  Is it possible to continue studying Pharmacy and Deffer optom?

It's not possible.  To defer, you need to provide them a reason.  If the reason is to study somewhere else, you can almost be sure that they will reject your request to defer.

but i need a good backup plan

I want to , I really do.
But if i don't get into medicine .............. im going to be looking for a job for a year and then finally be payed $20 an hour with casual employment.
