Irregular offer status.

So I've applied for an irregular offer via VTAC, at first the status was pending, then later in the day it changed to approved. Does that mean VTAC has approved my request? or Monash as approved the request?

I think Monash did approve the request, VTAC being
the intermediary. Congrats on the offer though.

Also, does anyone know whether the confirmation email etc. will come on the 3rd of Feb or before it, since they accepted it already?

Mine was pending for about 2 hours, I suggest that you should have called them first. (Read the Offers Info Thread, posted by Gloamglozer

congrats i got approved for my irregular offer for arts at monash as well, mine was also only pending for 2 hours!
