All of them and none of them.
That's not really a question anyone can answer, you should research and make a decision on your own.

Let me rephrase my question - Which undergraduate medicine university has the best facilities?

Difficult question to answer. As an undergrad, the majority of your course is done at hospitals. Hence, your facilities, security, location and accom all depends on where you get thrown into. In terms of the campuses though, I'm not too sure.

You can't really answer that question unless you've done the course at each uni. I'd recommend that you make up your own mind from this thread: http://www.medstudentsonline.com.au/f35/pros-cons-each-uni-12294/ :)

I'll try my best to address your concerns as well as my concerns with your concerns.

First of all, facilities, you'll be doing most of your work in hospitals, so it really depends on the hospital rather than the school. You'll be only doing pre-clinical at the school, so the facilities available doesn't really matter. That said, all courses are approved and most of the country universities have good medical schools because they've been recently built.

Now, security, what do you mean by security? If you mean degree security, all will get you to the stage of becoming an intern if you pass. If you're talking about personal security, just be intelligent and smart and don't do stupid things, take good care of your belongings and you should be fine. If you're going to be at uni till late, it might be good to take your car, or ask someone who lives nearby to drop you home, or your parents to pick you up...etc. Just use your common sense and you should be fine!

Location, well, that's personal. Which ever uni is accessible to you is in a convenient location. I live 20 mins away from Monash by bus/car, so Monash is convenient for me. But someone who lives 2 hours away isn't going to find it convenient, it's a personal matter.

Accommodation, it's all the same really. You have pretty much 4 options, which are all available at basically every university. 1) Colleges - these are catered so you'll get food, laundry done...etc kinda like a hotel. 2) Self-catered apartment (halls) - cheaper - but you have to cook, clean, wash your clothes...etc. 3) Self-renting a house - might be good if you have a job or are sharing with friends - no furniture or anything, but it's good because when you finish uni, you'll have furniture and everything ready to move to a new house. 4) Share with a friend, you might have a friend who has a spare room in their house and are willing to lend it to you at a smaller cost.
