How is it unprofessional? It just reflects what AN is about...

It's because none of the pro companies have "Australian" in them, and idk, it just doesn't sound "right" :S

Awkward moment when 'ATARNotes' technically has an "Australia" in it.

I think you also need a special licence or something to have "Australia" in a business name?

ATARNotes wouldn't have such a licence as it is simply 'ATAR' and not the expanded version.

I'm not sure, but I've heard that basically you have to be an Australian owned and based company, so no biggie for AN anyways.

TBH I don't like either that much. Nothing special. Nice, but nothing special.

if we're using two letters, we might as well make it AN, because even if the word "ATAR" gets changed, it's still likely to be national, hence, it'll retain the A at the front?

AN Media seems to be what everyone wants?

I guess it'll be good to have a name that harkens back to our roots even after the system is dead and gone.

AN Media it is.

What's with the love for "media" enwiabe? Personally i think it makes it feel less education and more ... for enjoyment purposes. IMO the standard "Publishing" is better

Bazza, we publish a website and now we're going to publish books.

It's to reflect that we produce products and services across several media. AN Media.

And who knows, maybe one day I'll say to David "code me a web-based MMORPG". And then we will have an entertainment service :P

Yes David, this is when you run and hide.
