If I punch you in the face, you would get physically and mentally damaged. But, let's not turn this into the mind-body problem.

If a boy is physically healthy by having flexible muscles he can play soccer with his friends without any difficulty. This participation in a team-sport would boost his confidence in his abilities and thus enhance his mental health by increasing his self esteem. Also, since soccer is a team-sport, interaction with other team-members would encourage positive social friendships/relationships to be formed, thereby enhancing his social health :)

... O.o wow :D

I agree with yearningforsimplicity's answer, just make sure you relate that back to physical health from social health! Eg continuing that example: by forming healthy social relationships through his soccer game and continuing to maintain his group of soccer friends, the friends may encourage him to continue to participate in soccer as well as other sports, increasing the efficient functioning of his muscles and improving his phys health. :)
When you interrelate, try to link everything from everything to everything :D and don't be massively wordy like me :D

Happy enough after one hell of a year.

Sonia, a 14 year old girl, is depressed on account of the fact that she failed a maths test. Unable to move on and cope with her situation, she shows a lack of resilience, and indications that she has a low level of mental health, due to her reduced self esteem issues. Caught up with her 'bad grade', Sonia stopped talking to her friends, obsessing over her result instead. Her lack of socialisation with other, especially during the prime of her youth, would significantly impair her social development and detract from a social health far from the optimum range. DUe to the lack of association with others, she would no longer play team sports and exercise with her friends, leading to severely retarded physical development and health, as her muscle would atrophy due to the lack of exercise and she would soon experience joint pain and fatigue.
