SCI1020 or STA1010?

I'm starting my first year of Bachelor of Science, but I'm still unsure which stat unit should I take...
Can those who have studied the unit recommend which one to do based on past experience?
I scored around 35 in Methods last year and I'm looking to transfer to Melbourne in semester 2 to do something with Finance (so I need a high WAM).

Thanks guys!

edit: would it be useless to do MTH1010 (basically year 12 methods again)? Will melbourne look at it being the same as year 12 methods, even though I have a high mark in it (hypothetically).

STA1010 is the basic statistics unit, it's a good introduction to stats :)
PhD @ MIT (Economics).

Interested in asset pricing, econometrics, and social choice theory.

Have you done STA1010, if so, is it easy to pick up?
Thanks

We've mentioned this before, try using the search function next-time before you make a thread, probably a lot faster - SCI1020 or STA1010? CHM1011?
