Confused about study timings and how to study

So basically I attend CAE and for people who don't know, CAE is a TAFE in the city, which means I've got a single 3 hour session for each class once a week. (except for English which is 3 hours and a half)

I wanted to get your opinions on how I should organise my study 'timings'
This is my timetable:

Monday: 5:45-8:45 (Global Politics) Tuesday: 5:45-8:45 (Ren History) Wednesday: 1-4:30 (English)
Thursday: 5:45-8:45 (Aus Politics) Friday: Free Saturday: 9:00-12:30 (LOTE) Sunday: Free

Say for example on Monday, do you recommend I study Global Politics throughout the day until my Global Politics class ? or should I study Global + another subject (s)

Lol I know this is all confusing, but what I'm trying to ask is how many subjects should I study a day in relation to my timetable ?

It doesn't really matter, just do a subject until you feel bored and want to move onto something else, then move on, and just keep doing that.

It's much better use of your time compared to forcing yourself to study a particular subject at a particular time.

yeah say if you make a timetable and your forced to study something that you dont really feel like doing, your productivity and efficiency will be low as oppose to just studying something that you actually 'feel' like doing at tht time. if that makes sense.

My method which I intend to use from now is that I will have goals for each week for each particular subject, and will try to reach those goals by the end of the week. I hear paul, that you endorsed this method in your guide, do you think that this is the best method?

Since you've got 1 block a week of each at cae, i found it useful to do follow up study the next day after classes (or sometimes when i got home - i'm a nightowl), then fit in one study sesh for each subject a day or two before, then just sort of glance through the readings/homework in the train on the way to class in the evening.
This way i wasn't cramming before class in the arvo when i was starting to wind down, and wasn't trying to concentrate at like 11pm when i finally got home.

So for you, that'd work out like
Tues, global pol study sesh +ren preread
Wed, ren study sesh + english class + english homework
Thu, aus pol pre-read

etc etc.
But you'll figure out what works for you. Your timetable is so spread out :p ouch!
Your lote's probably also going to need a little work every day.
