What are some convenient, quick, high protein foods that would be suitable for school lunchtimes? I like canned tuna but my mum's getting a bit annoyed at how much of it I am going through lol.. Any ideas?

Can bring a scoop of protein in a bottle and have it like that (may attract unneeded attention if you bring shaker).

Canned chicken is alsonot too bad, but in all honest tuna is the best.

Chicken/Ham/Turkey slices in your sandwich probably second it. Chicken nuggets/Fish Fingers are not horrendous, but you'll have an equal amount (if not more) fats and carbs as you will have protein.

Beef Jerky is also a good option for protein.

Bega stringers/other low fat cheeses are not bad either.

Unless you're concerned about mercury, just devour through the Tuna to be honest. I have like 4-5 cans during uni whenever I'm hungry, and during holidays I've been having one of the big 400gram.

If you know which ones to get, it doesn't cost too much (unflavoured>flavoured for both protein and cost).

Haha just carry tuna, female friends hate that I eat tuna, the boys understand why I do it though.

Haha me and my friends always try and finish shake off in the change rooms otherwise we would look like douchbags walking around the school all holding shakers.
If you don't want to bring shakers to school make protein bars/cookies using protein powder. My friend is doing that, I am yet to try and make some :)

Also you could try nuts, almonds are best I think.

Yer almonds are very tasty and really healthy for you, so I'm adding them into my diet, makes a really good snack I reckon.

Got ostracized by my friends for bringing canned chicken to school. Didn't care, the smoke flavoured one rocks.

Also, maybe slices of smoked salmon?

Chicken breast garnished with tuna and a cup of whey protein sprinkled on top.
It's really not that hard to quantify..., but I believe that being raped once is not as bad as being raped five times, even if the one rape was by a gang of people.

One time I thought it'd be a great idea to mix cottage cheese with whey as a dessert...

I usually bring a medium container of chicken breast, brown rice (or sometimes yams) and broccoli. I go to my schools VCE lounge area and use the microwave to cook my meal :), lol putting the broccoli in the microwave makes the room stinks and I hear everyone complains about that stinky smell but its funny lol and sometimes I would put a little grin in my face look at everyone and slowly walk out of the room eating my meal, lol.

The broccoli will stink like shit if you put in the microwave :P.

I cannot imagine how that would taste haha.   dat feel when you put cottage cheese in your mouth.. horrible texture

abd how much broccoli do you bring? I bring some every day along with carrots. I don't microwave them though, taste better cold imo. And always protein shake with banana after working out :)

two cups of broccoli. I save my protein shakes after my workouts.

I wish I can be rich spending good money on good ol whey protein shakes.

Guys don't spend on money your girlfriends, spend money on your muscles grow em and shred em! :D
