Still have trouble getting my head around History and then we get set this question, in which we are told we should be able to write up a page / page and a half on.

Louis' tax reforms
How and why did the aristocracy disrupt Louis' tax reform scheme 1787 - 8

I can barely think of a paragraph to write, let alone a page !

Disrupt Louis' reforms??

The parlements continually rejected Louis and Brielle's Taxation reforms until they were shown the documents detailing royal spending

they (The aristocracy) did not want the land tax, as they were protecting their own economic interests, especially when it came to the Assembly of notables..

This is what I can think off the top of my head...
