Biological sciences focuses on general biology first year and in late years you can choose your majors. Biomedicine focuses on human aspects of biology such as administering drugs to patients, surgery, human anatomy and physiology so its like medicine. I'm doing bio sciences and in my experience it's good but that because I like plants and animals. You do various pracs involving plants and animals.
