Seconded, thirded, whatever for AtarCalc.com, it's a great resource.
Play around with scores to see the different combinations of achieving your 'dream'.
Have those goals in mind throughout the year so that you don't lose your focus.
On another, yet relevant, note:
Try not to get too bogged down on your maths and sciences, especially considering you are doing 6 subjects this year. (I am assume it's only in one year because you haven't mentioned any year 11 subjects, if applicable.)
The reason for this is because
English is a discriminator.
You can be bloody brilliant at everything, but English is obviously what VTAC is looking for as one of the prerequisites. So don't neglect it. One student can do 4 subjects as opposed to a student doing 5 or 6 over 1 or 2 years. The student doing 4 might ace English, meaning their ATAR won't be pulled down because of English. My experience with English was that I ended up doing twice the amount of work for English than I did ELang, if not more. (ELang is arguably much more strategic in terms of structure and content, somewhat 'science-y'.) Thus I was surprised that a subject I spent MUCH less time on received +1 SS higher than English. I can't contribute to this theory with science as I didn't do any of those subjects, but I think you get my point! You look like you're a bloody genius anyway, (speshly for Latin, props!) so feel free to disregard all this if ya wanna

OH! And if you get 30 in Latin ... .... -----> 47 SS. :OOOOO
