Need help-Physics Q's

This is one question that I don't know how to approach it. I know that I need to use an x and y method, just don't know how to do it.
Question 1
Figure 9-48(pic attached below) gives an overhead view of the path taken by a 0.165 kg cue ball as it bounces from a rail of a pool table.
The ball’s initial speed is 2.00 m/s, and the angle  is 30.0°. The bounce reverses the y component of the ball’s velocity but does not alter the x component.
What are (a) angle and (b) the change in the ball’s linear momentum in unit-vector notation? (The fact that the ball rolls is irrelevant to the problem.)

angle of reflection is equal to the angle of incident, hence

since the velocity in the x component is conserved, then the change in momentum is the change in momentum in the y direction. Also from the questoin,
