Resources for notes....you could just grab mine from
here. Other than that, I wouldn't advise buying study guides for BM. They tend to oversummarise information and every book really says the same thing in the end anyway. Perhaps just a 2nd textbook (the Barille textbook seems like the standard among most VCE students now) would suffice.
For practice questions, yep, just grab Checkpoints. From what I've seen, the ones in textbooks are usually rubbish. They're not really exam styled questions so they don't prepare you too well.
Case studies, you'll needa do a bit of work yourself. There's a few useful sites such as
this, or just news sites or magazines like the Financial Review and such. However, considering the number of students doing BM on VN, I'd advise trying to set up a case studies database where you could contribute a case study for each concept in the study design. I don't mind contributing a bit to this, and I'm sure there's others who don't, but the onus in the end is on you '09ers to set it up.
