Just wondering if you kinder stuffed up in your first SAC and got a score of 16.5/20 is it still possible to get a Study Score of 47?

Depends how that sac score ranks with the rest of the cohort. I would say 47 is definitely still achievable (even if that wasn't the best compared to the cohort) if you do really well in the rest of the sacs and more importantly the exams. I wouldn't be able to give you estimates of scores need to achieve 47 though, someone else might be able to help you with that.

Can it be said generally that if you score 95% or above on the exam in any subject, you're pretty much guaranteed at least 46?

One of my friends who graduated last year got a 14/20 on his oral sac. This person got a study score of 46.
