how do you read this for working out discount

if the purchases total is 9000 and it says 10/7, n/30 what does it mean?

10% discount if the creditor pays in 7 days. No discount if pays later than 7 days, the full amount (9000) must be paid by the creditor to the firm / shop by 30 days.
