In Short: pi, its time to grow up.

Water, would you disagree with this sentiment?

At pi, I guess I just expected more from you from the (admittedly little) I know of you.

Look mate, I have absolutely nothing against the members of BoS and didn't aim to start something. Just a friendly reminder of why the VCE section is dead. And I know that at least one HSC student learnt something in that thread, and that's all that matters.

Had the article and subsequent "New South Whales" come up, you probably wouldn't be here. It was just too funny to resist :D

I don't drink alcohol. I have problems with what it can do to people in the long term in some cases. Having said that, for a lot of other people, they thoroughly enjoy alcohol and it's the pinnacle of their lives. This is just one example.

Look, pi, I partially offer an apology.

I think you set out to troll a forum about high school. It just seems to me like you haven't moved on from your VCE success towards achieving a new success and are still stuck in a high-school mindset.

Personally, I just don't care about high school one little bit. So many avenues of life to explore, I legit forgot what my ATAR was the other day.

From what you say, 'a friendly reminded', you're pretty much saying 'haha we bet you, we took your students' which I actually don't have much against that in itself. More so, my point is get over high school and move onto the next phase. And it's not even funny.

If this is not the case and there is something I have misinterpreted/don't know, I apologise for wasting your time. I'm honestly not trying to attack you. I myself was stuck in the VCE-success phase, don't want to move on, for about 6 weeks.

BTW: Nightclubs are open on a tuesday and many many people still go out?

tl;dr

You'll actually never become a surgeon.

Thanks so much for your opinion man!!

lol, I wonder how many times "boris" wants to be banned by this forum?

btw, I'm not on AN to "gloat" about anything, because there are PLENTY of members with credentials better than me. I'm here because I want to give back to this wonderful community and help the next generation(s) of VCE students who use this forum to not make the same mistakes that I made. It isn't about ego, it isn't about being stuck in high school, it isn't about being immature. It's about helping others and giving back. Both seem reasonable to me mate.

I should be preparing for my English SAC that's tomorrow but let's be honest, BorisBB is providing us with too much fun!

Perhaps this is BoS's big plan to overtake Victoria academically...?

Since when does partying entail consuming alcohol?

I actually apologise for this. Sorry, this is uncalled for.

I'm just a bit angry that you guys have effectively dismissed my point by taking a few minor aspects of it and extrapolating them.

Slowly getting to it: http://community.boredofstudies.org/showthread.php?t=282210&p=5848473#post5848473 ;)

(btw, don't even think of joining that forum, it's the most unorganised shit forum I've ever seen and the mods I've seen so so up themselves)

edit: so much hate enwiabe! :( http://community.boredofstudies.org/showthread.php?t=173282

Veg,

I actually respected you prior to this.

Fantastic, you got a good ENTER and into MBBS, I respect that.

But what now? Instead of hitting up parties and girls or achieving something in university or sport, you've peaked in high school and your life has now come to trolling other forums because of something that happened years ago.

Move on with life mate, it looks really bad.
-t.z

THAT btw, is when you brought respectability into this

Not sure when partying equates to alcohol- for me it definitely doesnt, but just wondering what gives you the right to tell people what to do when you arent even practising what you preach, so to speak?

I have doubts of his NSW-ness tbh, seems to be way to personal to be someone I don't know...

There was a famous philosopher. Her name was Rebecca Black. She once legendarily said

"Kicking in the Front Seat
 Sitting in the Back Seat
 Gotta make up my mind
Which seat can I take? "

I'm sitting in the Back Seat.

About Philosophy

When I see a youth thus engaged,—the study appears to me to be in character, and becoming a man of liberal education, and him who neglects philosophy I regard as an inferior man, who will never aspire to anything great or noble. But if I see him continuing the study in later life, and not leaving off, I should like to beat him - Callicle

Hey guys, let's cool this a little bit!
let's leave BoS alone shall we...let's focus on propagating ATARnotes without having to troll BoS - we're better than that guys!
and Boris - i'd PM vegemite about this stuff rather than put it here, you have some valid points, but I don't think this is the place
and guys, let's lay off Boris now :)
