ATARNotes at The Age VCE and Careers Expo 2012!

Hiya everyone! As many of you will know, last year we had a stall at the VCE Expo and it was a massive success, so of course we're back this year :)

If you don't know yet, the VCE Expo is located at the Caulfield Race Course over four days from this Thursday (3rd) till Sunday!
For general information on the event head to: http://www.vceandcareers.com.au/

What will we have at our stall you ask?

We'll be there with hundreds of copies of the books (come and buy them off us!) and FREE CHOCOLATE. With our own logo on them! We might have a few additional freebies here and there over the course of the days!

Along with us will of course be our book authors, if you have any specific questions or if you'd just like to meet them.
Andrew Ma (author of the English book) will be there from 10 AM on Thursday and 11 AM on Saturday
Thushan (author of the Chemistry book) will be there from 10 AM to 2 PM on Thursday and all day Sunday

Myself, Dan, Nina and other mods and members will all be there at various times, so come have a chat and we'll make an AN party out of it!

Seriously, ATARNotes at the VCE expo is just live action AN. We'll help you with your homework, talk about courses and other great stuff. Just come and hang out, eat some chocolate and have fun. It's going to be awesome.

In addition to all this we will even have a Chemistry Mid Year exam prep seminar run by Thushan on the Sunday, which is definitely something to get excited about!.

Thushan will be giving a free lecture on how to ace the midyear chem exam at 3 PM on Sunday in seminar room 5.

It's not to be missed! This lecture will be a great primer on how to approach the exam. His seminar room seats 450 people so we want as many people there as possible!


Cost to the event is only 10$, and it's definitely worth it to get a hold of a heap of VCE Resources and freebies on the day!

There will also be book discounts for those who refer to this post!

How much would I be able to pick up both the Chemistry and English books for if I refer to this thread? :)

I remember being there last year. Had the chance to meet ninwa. Missed it, so sad still.

Back these guys! This is the first year of there being ATAR notes books at the expo so take chance of this wonderful opportunity!

I wish I could be there again this year, but I'm working. Would've volunteered. :/

The timing with Thushan is quite good. I can help with the chemical spirits on Saturday, most likely all day.

You can either print it and bring it in or just have a copy of it on your phone or whatever so they can see that you have some form of the voucher :)
