I shall do Heinemann! I've already done Chemology and Engage, and Lisachem is pretty popular which is why I didn't include it in my list.

Which commercial exams have you guys learnt the most from?
For me, Lisachem 2011 was quite challenging but it taught me a lot about questions with density and spectroscopy, STAV 08 was the easiest out of everything. And i just did the kbt one yesterday.....MASSIVE fail 
Can someone explain questions two for me on the kbt one? where did they get the NH3 from?
And the hydrogen environments multiple choice question of butane. With the CH2, the peaks aren't split into 6 (5 +1) because you don't count the CH2 next to it cause its 'equivalent'?

It's not really equivalent though, they're in totally different environments. One CH2 group is connected to a CH3 group, while the CH2 group that's adjacent to the first CH2 group is itself adjacent to a COH group. CH2-ception.

Anybody who's done Lisachem '11, did you find the SA Q2. mass spectrum very dubious? Think the scale might be stuffed up, but the mass spectrum clearly has the molecular ion at 71 m/z, but the answers say 72 m/z.

yea i just noticed this now but i had written 72 too cause i didnt look atthe scales properly:/
Does anyone know what the high resolution spectrum of butanoic acid would look like?
Is it 4 separate peak sets; singlet for the OH, triplet for the of the CH2 closest to the carboxyl group, sextet for the other CH2 and a different triplet for the CH3 group?
