I've done 20 already for physics, should I do anymore? Or should I just go through them and fix my errors in detail?

It really depends if you feel that doing more exams won't be of benefit to you. But exposing yourself to numerous different questions and different ways of asking questions is always good.

Going over your exams is a very good idea, just ensure that you understand where you went wrong and how to fully complete that question if it were to arise in the real exam, or that you fully understand the concepts behind the questions.
