i thought it was very easy. i made quite a few mistakes

the thing is "easy" is relative to OTHER VCAA EXAMS (not personally how good you are)
whereas making "heaps of mistakes" IS relative to how good you are and how many mistakes you generally make on a VCAA exam

Usually the errors which people make and really regret later in an easier exam tend to be silly mathematical errors or a simple oversight of atoms (might be referring to myself here) which have nothing to do with the difficulty of an exam.

I failed so hard :''''((((((((((((((

MC was pretty easy.
SA was straightforward i thought

But me being me and taking my freaking time, didnt get to do question 8

So i know ive already lost 11 marks

So depressed right now

Hang in there amilss! 66/77 is NOT a bad score by any means anyhow!

It's understandable that you are feeling quite depressed about this...because you've worked really hard and it'd be really annoying when it blows up in your face...BUT - DETERMINATION! get to unit 4, look at it in the face and say - HEY YOU! you think you got me down with that other exam huh? WELL I won't fall down like that, I'm going to get in there and whoop your ASS! TAKE THAT VCAA!

TAKE UNIT 4 CHEM ON!

Thanks :))
Im just going to have to dominate unit four for any hope of a decent score

Imagine you have been so careful in all your sacs and practice papers (which is a miracle for a careless person) and all those careful mistakes that you saved leak out onto this very exam paper!  Yes that is me T_T  60/77 sigh

Hahah I'm a brain ninja!

I went pretty (excuse my use of profanity) fucking badly. Although I do believe that if I wasn't unwell and high off four different medications, I would have done much better. Was quite a fair exam, in my opinion. It's just that my head has been a mess since the 4th of June and I can't really stay awake for longer than half an hour at a time let a lone concentrate on the intricacies and nuances of Unit 3 Chemistry for 90 minutes.

How'd you go? :)

Suicide is a permanent solution to what is only a temporary problem.

Alright - so you may not have gone as well as you would have liked to but there is still time to turn that around. I really messed up the exam, too, if that makes you feel any better.

I've decided that I'm going to put Unit 3 behind me and use it as motivation to get stuck into Unit 4 and study 10 times harder, smarter and faster.

You still have plenty of opportunities to get a very high mark for SACs and your Unit 4 exam.

If you're ever feeling as though suicide is a viable option - please think again and discuss your feelings with someone you trust - whether it be a sibling, best friend, parent, trusted teacher or perhaps school psychologist.

If you're after a more anonymous chat, please feel free to private message me on here at any time if you ever need to chat about anything - this is an open invitation to you specifically and anybody else reading this post.

Take care, keep your chin up and leave Unit 3 where it is - in the past. Nothing you do now can change your mark for the exam you did today.
