What are the chances?

So I just completed a test and there was one question stating how the answer should be rounded to two decimal places.
Everyone I asked somehow, got an answer of 0 or 0.00 and was not certain about their answer. I got something different.
My question is, what are the chances that you will get a question right when you have a whole number as an answer when the question states two decimal places?

Very low, but teachers like to do something like that once in a while for their students.

I'd actually say it's a 0.00% chance ;)

But in all seriousness on my last Methods application task there were actually a few questions where the answer was a whole number which needed to be given to two decimal places. As someone above stated, it's the kind of thing teachers do to test how confident students are in their answers.
