Surely the ACER exams are a little more indicative of the actual UMAT.
Can you guys help me out and tell me (relatively) what percentile I might get on the actual UMAT with these?:

29/48 Section 1
41/44 Section 2
33/42 Section 3

(From Acer prac test 1)
Thanks!

No-one knows, as different questions are weighted differently and each section score isn't a percentile.

Although, you can plug them into medentry's thingo and it will tell you your percentile compared to the medentry cohort.

It's not accurate because I know sadcunts who take the answers and plug them into MedEntry so they get 100% and 100th percentile

For a 95th percentile, I think you need an overall score of 65
2012 ATAR: 99.20
2013-2015: Bachelor of Biomedicine (Microbiology/Immunology: Infections and Immunity) at The University of Melbourne
2016-2019: Doctor of Medicine (MD4) at The University of Melbourne

Your raw score is irrelevant since it's a ranking exam. You get a mark for each section based on various arbitrary statistical arrangements of student marks, which is your section mark. All three section marks are the overall mark (not an average, but close enough).

That was only last year though, a couple of years ago that was not the case.

does that equate to raw score ?

so confuzzling, why doesn't ACER make the basics public? (like all ATAR calculation things are)

Haha, it's hard to do so as questions have different weightings. And as they don't release the exam, there's not point making these weightings public either.

Either way, they've always been secretive :(

Was it higher or lower in previous years?

From memory it was lower than 65 (might have been 64), depends how hard the UMAT of that year is.

It changes every year, but remember that it doesn't matter what percentile you get, cause nobody looks at percentile anyway.
