I only like the first four, so I won't be going. It's hard to say no to the killers though.

Its sook time for me, looks like I may be missing out on BDO twice now seeing I'm coming back from overseas on the 25th of Jan :( And the Chilli Peppers will be there as well :( I'm mega sad, I really wanted to see them. Im hoping they have their own tour. Pleaaaaaaassssssseeeeeeeeee
Even though it specifically says that its an Exclusive Australian Tour :(

On the note of the lineup, some people seem to be really annoyed. Ok so by 'some people' I mean the 20 people that liked the Facebook page 'Fuck you Bdo 2013 Lineup.' I never do know half the bands at BDO anyway so this years doesnt change anything for me LOL

And in addition to (probably) missing out on BDO, I also miss out on Stereo for the second time :( Aswell. :(

Overhyped for sure, but I reckon they deserve a pat on the back for making 2013 quite diverse. The Facebook page is always going to have whingers though. They can't expect a festival to have everyone's favourite acts. I'm disappointed some of the rumoured artists didn't get booked but I still like what they brought out. This lineup might even deter the Southern cross tattooed bogans from attending. I actually really enjoyed the lower turn-out of 2012 since it was easy to manoeuvre to the front of the stage, and there were pretty much no queues for anything.

Still going for YYYs, The Killers, Childish Gambino (saw him in the US in April, was fucking awesome), Gary Clark Jr., Death Grips and RHCP. I'm not a boiler room person so I can't comment on those. Will catch Foals and Animal Collective if possible.

According to the little asterisk on the poster there's no sideshows for RHCP since they actually need the numbers to head to the festival. $165 flat is very reasonable. I recall 2012's was $165 with fees and added up to ~ $180. I might also do Falls Festival and Harvest Festival too... and Soundwave if the lineup suits. I'm gonna be poor.

Yeah there are always whingers on that facebook page, you can't please everyone. I think it's definitely worth the $165 just to see Chilis alone. I will definitely be buying one.

sooo happy with the lineup, but I am going overseas the day after BDO.... and by the day after I mean like 1am that night... so not sure if I'll be able to go.

Oh well, already got my stereo ticket though :P. But if i manage to go, i'd be seeing:
* RHCP
* killers
* yeah yeah yeahs
* kaskade
* nicky romero
* 360
* sampology
* gambino

and then maybe, depending on clashes: vampire weekend, grinspoon, beetroots (but saw them in '10 and they're pretty avg now sooo), house vs hurricane and animal collective.

2nd/3rd lineups will probably have something decent on them as well, so yeah, definitely not complaining.

Yup so I'm leaving on the 25th I think, so I'm not too sure when I'd get home exactly... And jetlag will kill me no doubt... :(
