Guys. I am going to upload question on here. That i need help on .. okay..that way i don't have make a new thread every time.

(this will cancel out one fo the 's on the top, leaving just which is .
Don't forget to change the terminals when you change from to

before they do the integral . i don't know . How they cancelled the 2 in the bottom.....

They multiplied both sides by 2

They took out the factor of 1/2 from the LHS and multiplied by 2 to get rid of it, and create the 2 on the other side

I think you looked at the wrong post in the thread that he linked, scroll down to "Techniques for Sketching Nice-Looking Graphs" (or just click the link, let it load and it "should" automatically take you to that post).
