I'd support what Somye and BoredSaint said above, based on scores for Chemistry and Physics (a different subject, but exams and SACs are weighted the same as accounting).
Last year, I got a mid-high A+ and a low A+ for exams with mid-high A+ SACs for 44 in Physics, and a mid-high A+ and medium A+ with med A+ SACs for 45 in Chem, so I think your score would be around there too, given the results in your post.
For English, do you mean above average in your cohort, or above average in the state (I'm assuming the first)? Because your cohort is very strong, it's very likely that you'll get a high SAC mark (for details, see Paulsterio's guide to SAC moderation in the Technical Score Discussion board).
So let's say you get an A+ for both your Unit 3 and 4 SACs. If you get just above average in relation to the rest of the state, (say a B), I think you'd get around 34-37, depending on how high your SACs are. If you get above average in relation to your cohort, then I'm guessing that your exam score will be B+ at minimum, so I'd predict 37 (low B+) to 41 (medium A), since I'm not too familiar with English study scores. (I had a mid-low A+ and a high A+ for SACs, and a low A for the exam, for 39)
