I got my SoM today and got 71/75. considering the exam was a bit on the easy side, if i get a similar score on end of year, what am i looking at for SS? thanks

Provided you are ranked pretty well in a strong cohort.. two of those could get you high 40's

ah thanks man. Yea i'm ranked 1 but in a weakish cohort tho. as long as i stay up here, the cohort strength wont really affect my ss will it?

Do you know this for a fact? I swear the minimum study score for straight A-pluses is a 38 :s

She would have gotten 3 very low A+'s

But the person who is asking has got a very high A+. No way will he drop below 40 with 3 A+'s. Trust me, you're looking at 45+ provided you are ranked 1 and get a similar unit 4 score

Hmm never heard of that before. But I've seen his official grades and they don't lie.

As much as I'd love to tell the OP that he's gonna get a great score, I can't help but notice those 4 dropped marks on the exam.
I really think they will cost him the 40.

Trying hard not to be rude here, but this is a 'just no' post. 68.5 on Unit 3, being ranked in the top 5 and a score of 70+ (a strong Unit 4 exam like he/she said) will definitely net over 40.

Yeah that's not really correct. If OP got same marks on Unit 4 then surely he'd be looking at >45 (rank 1 also)

Ive got no idea what my derived examination score would be but what study score could I be looking at with a B+ for Unit 3, B+ for SACs scaled and A for Unit 4?

Mate.. I got 0.5 marks over the A+ cut off last year for unit 3, wasnt close to rank 1 in SACS, and definately lost more than 4 marks in unit 4 and still got 42..
