Quick question!! (for Japanese report)

I'm writing a Japanese report for my SAC coming up about Japanese and Australian foreign education system
Just wanted to ask a question whether this sentence makes sense or not? Just the ending, to me sounds a bit strange but its about 3 grammar patterns in there I think ?  I'm trying to incorporate as much grammar patterns as I can as well..since we need a minimum of 25 I think it was in 600ji :/
しかしながら、すべて生徒のために、外国語を勉強できることはとてもゆうえきになるかもしれると思います.

But does it sound strange overall ? D:

^ sounds a lot simpler and clearer

I dont think I've ever heard ...になるかもしれないと思います all together at once, it seems too forced for the sake of adding in grammar patterns :\
