If a girl asked me if she was pretty I would over use adjectives to the point it wasn't funny.

Oh also if hot, your not as hot as nacho though. (Or weird..)

I directly oppose saying the phrase 'your ok' to be honest, i think 'your ok' is the quickest way to make them run away crying.

It depends, if i don't know them really well, i just say you look good and then try to change the topic, if i know them i just say a stupidly sarcastic objectifying comment about them and politely laugh, and if alcohol is involved, well once i rated a woman out of ten. be carefull with that last one  :P
