SEAS supporting documents - medical

Hey everyone, I'm a bit confused about what I'm meant to be getting for the supporting documents for my SEAS application.

I had an appointment with a specialist a week ago and realised it would be good for her to write the letter then rather than booking another appointment, so I was a bit unprepared. It has the details of my appointments with her (dates) and surgery dates, details about my symptoms and ended saying she would recommend I have special provision. Does this sound okay? Is it meant to have clinical details (aka doctor terminology that us normal folk wouldn't understand)?
Also, she hand wrote it on her own paper. I've since heard it has to be on special VTAC paper or online, is this true and is there a way I could get around this (specialist appointments are seriously expensive, not sure how the parents would feel paying for another one just to recopy it on VTAC paper). Also is there a word limit for her letter?

Thanks heaps in advance!
