Calculating quartiles

I've just realised certain calculators work out the quartiles for a set of data differently (one of the Casio Classpad software updates has changed the method as well). Will both ways be awarded full marks in the exam?
2017-2020: Doctor of Medicine - The University of Melbourne
2014-2016: Bachelor of Biomedicine - The University of Melbourne

on the casio classpad, dont have the q1, q3 on data ticked. i pretty sure that method is not acceptable

For full marks wouldn't you have to work out the quartiles manually anyway?
