I know that I should practice essay on paper more but I feel more comfortable and have more idea when I type my essays. What should i do now?

Doesn't make much of a difference, but you'll have to adjust accordingly. What I did was, I worked out how many words per minute I can write and how many words per minute I can type and I adjusted the time accordingly so that the faster typing didn't give me an advantage.

I think it really makes sense to practice specifically by handwriting, but you could also benefit from occasional typing if it's useful in compiling and organisation your pieces :)

I'm going to type my practice essays, however all the actual exams (3 pieces in 3 hours) I'll write with pen.

Whilst you're still working on the quality of your ideas, sentence/paragraph structure and essay style, I reckon stick with typing them. It allows you to correct/fevise your work more easily and get it to the highest level before the exam, which is ultimately more important than anything else.
