HELP!! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME ANALYSE THIS PHOTO??

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!
I just can't seem to interpret/analyse thess photos, and my teacher included them with an article (link below) for language analysis.
http://hir.harvard.edu/frontiers-of-conflict/womb-for-rent?page=0,0

Photo 1- Ladies with masks:Ok firstly, why are they wearing masks in the photo? And what kind of arguments does the picture spark in relation to the article?
Source:http://voices.halabol.com/surrogacy-india-womb-rent

Photo 2- Hand holding photo of baby: What arguments does it spark in relation to the article
Source: http://www.marieclaire.com/world-reports/news/womb-rent-india-4

Also, for the article (http://hir.harvard.edu/frontiers-of-conflict/womb-for-rent?page=0,0) is my contention correct?
While surrogacy in developing countries is mutually beneficial for both surrogate mothers and expectant parents, there are still some ethical and legal complications surrounding the industry which need be addressed

These are my arguments in relation to the article:
•   Appeal for surrogacy in India is financially convenient/beneficial for both expectant parents and surrogate mothers
•   Surrogacy in countries such as India may be “another form of class, gender or race exploitation”
•   There are ethical concerns on the part of surrogate mothers which need to be considered

There's something about legal infrastructire and regulation of laws as well, but I can't seem  to find much to support it in the article.. should I just leave it out/pair it with arg. 3/ still make it a separate argument?

Thanks in advance :)

Having just looked at these two pictures without reading the articles, there's a fair amount that jumps out at me. However, you may need to do some research on surrogacy in India, because my interpretations might not be correct at all. Anyway, by looking at the expression of women's faces in the first picture, I get a strong impression that these people are becoming surrogates as a last resort. You can clearly see they look quite concerned and perhaps ashamed (hence explaining why their faces are covered). In the second image, I get a strong impression of these women forming a very strong bond with these surrogate children and struggling to deal with the emotional problems associated with surrogacy. Either way, the things these images capture are quite powerful for me. Would this support anything that is being said in the articles?

Is this a language analysis? If so, then there should not be any "arguments". You need to focus on how the language used in the article demonstrates the author's point of view and how that affects the audience. You can use those three ideas as body paragraphs if you can provide specific examples from the text and explain them, but you need to remain relatively neutral throughout the entire piece.

I'd say your contention is about right, but you might also wish to consider this:

Quote
... the lack of legal infrastructure in India’s surrogacy business is problem that needs to be addressed promptly. While helping to realize the dream of starting a family for a global clientele, India’s latest outsourced job should be monitored from the first trimesters of development to ensure the health and happiness of both its surrogate mothers and expectant couples.

As for legal concerns, I'd say there is enough information in the article if you search through it closely. However, you'll find that it ties itself in very closely to ethical issues, so it'd be wise to keep these two connected ideas contained within a single paragraph.
