Help required with an Identity and Belonging prompt

"Family and friends help us define our identity"

So I'm aiming to write an opinion piece on the prompt, my first body paragraph could be how family helps us define our identity with a heap of evidence from Growing Up Asian In Australia. My 2nd body paragraph could be how friends help us define our identity. I'm confused as to what my 3rd body paragraph could be on? Would I bring up somehow that there are cases where friends and family can sometimes increase conflict in one's identity in order to balance my opinion since teachers tell us to not fully agree with the prompt? If so, what particular stories in GUAIA could I talk about regarding this?? Or should I take another approach to this?

You could talk about how other things, like our experience and the things we go through shape our identity, as well as our opinions and beliefs. Imo, this, along with your ideas in the first two body paragraph show that you have considered the prompt and additionally used the prompt to express other ideas.

Thank you both. I was also wondering...is a written explanation required in the exam?

This. It is vital that even though you are writing an opinion piece that you acknowledge that other factors impact on one's identity. It would be even more important if your prompt didn't have the word "help" in there.

No. You don't have to do one at all & if you did, it wouldn't get marked.

Cheers. Also, it's a prompt that I was given, I didn't choose the words but my contention will be different.
