How to obtain documented evidence for my academic records...

Where can I get my VCE results and uni grades certified?? Do I simply print them out and get someone to certify them?????

Well with the ATAR, you usually receive a statement of results at the end the year you graduated (along with the VCE certificate).
Currently working in the IT Industry as an Oracle DBA (State Government)

I think you just fill out the form (tick which certificates/statements you require).
