Hey guys, can you recommend anything that might be of relevance to law in any shape or form. I know many TV shows like Suits or Boston Legal don't reflect the reality of law. But they're always good to get a feel for it.

So any recommendations for TV shows, movies or documentaries on law ?

TV shows generally don't reflect real life in any way.

Just talk to a lawyer, or a current law student, that would probably be the best way you can get an insight.

I found a documentary on the OJ Simpson case to be very interesting, don't know how relevant it is though.

If you must watch a law show, find an Aussie one if you can.

Relevant quote from my evidence lecturer "The testimony of a witness is highly probative... wait, not testimony, that's American, we call it EVIDENCE. See, this is what happens when you watch American law shows, you get all your terminology wrong"
