Well I mainly use your method for predicting all study scores, so in a way you've predicted all my predictions anyway. Pretty accurate little system by the way, very nice job.
Thanks man! You kinda get used to it after a while though, like, I now know the common combos off by heart, like three low A+'s...etc.
But yeah, my system is basically just a simplified way of looking at a normal distribution, so in reality, it's pretty much a rough, but adjusted method
Awesome! See I'm in the top 5% of a weak cohort and my scores range from best (9, 9, and worst (8, 7, 7) so I'm not too sure where that leaves me. Thanks for your help (and Brenden as well)
How weak is weak though? Let me do some research
Oh wow, you go to Mater Christi?
I know a couple of mates there, but anyways, umm, this is the stats for your school:
Mater Christi College, Belgrave (6 total)
50: 0; 49: 0; 48: 0; 47: 0; 46: 0; 45: 0; 44: 1; 43: 2; 42: 1; 41: 0; 40: 2
So you can probably see that it's not THAT weak of a cohort, there was a 44, 43, 42, 40 last year, with a total of 6 over 40s in English, so it's a pretty decent cohort, I'd probably place it in the "average" rather than "weak" category.
So yeah, if you're in the top 5% of this cohort, you should be able to crack around a 40 study score if you shell out an 8, 8, 7 (23/30), but yeah, if you do better, then you might even be able to crack a 42 - 43
