Further Maths

GA1: 98/100 (rank is in top 10, not sure where but it is a extremely strong cohort up the top, all of us really -  are doing specialist next year)
GA2: 39/40
GA3:58/60

Given that everyone scores equal or higher than you, you're looking at approximately 46-47.

What happens if i score the highest? does rank 1 get my exam score as their sac score etc..?

even if i ace the exam and get the highest will i be looking at 50? and 1 mark lost gets me 48-49 if im not wrong?

Cheers

If you get full marks for both exams, and the people above you don't do that well, it'll drag you down. However, it's approximately 1 mark lost = 1 study score down in Further; that's actually if you're ranked first.

That's Further Maths for you - the shittest subject in my opinion.

English:
GA1 83/100
GA2 (roughly) 75/100
Exam - 70%?
Cohort isn't particularly strong or weak

Food & Technology
GA1 95/100
GA2 90/100
Exam 90%
Ranked 1st, weak cohort

Art
GA1 80/100
GA2 75/100
GA3 90/100
Cohort strong (generally high 30s/low 40s for all students, consistently in Top Arts to give an indication of folio).

What study scores would I be looking at for these subjects?

This was like, last on the page, so I'm (reblogging? requoting? do not know the correct word) just in case it wasn't seen :)
2013 : Philosophy (31) | VCE VET Hospitality (Kitchen Operations) (31)

2014 : Food Tech (40) | Accounting (35) | Art (39) | Visual Communication Design (40) | English (38) [hopefully!!]

Raw 25-30

welcome, that being said, it's always good to aim for higher as a safety precaution if 25 is your pre-req! there's plenty of time :)

What happens if you score really well on the exam, and your indicative score is low?
Because I'm ranked 4-5 (fairly behind) lets say I actually get mid to high A+, how does that affect my sac scores or the people ranked above me?

Methods (it would help if you specified a school to get a better gauge, for yours i'll just use my own)

= B/B+, A, A+  will net you around a 37-40

Chinese
= hovering around 35 +- 3 both sides
