We're in the same boat. Should probably be possible with 74/80 on ex2

Methods:
SACs 95
Exam 1 36~37
Exam 2 67~70

Enough to scrape a 40?
I'd be pegging it between 39-40 (more so on the 40 side imo because I think your SAC grade will push it over if it doesn't change).

Worse case: 39 (assuming 33/40 and 70/80 but wouldn't see you getting lower than that).
From the range you've given, I'd predict 39-43/44 (43/44 is given you scored 36/40 and 75/80).

How much can you screw up Exam 1 spesh and still get a 40 raw?

Assuming the A+ cut-off for this year's Exam 1 to be 37/40 and using your previous comment:

We're in the same boat. Should probably be possible with 74/80 on ex2
of a 35-36/40, depending on Exam 2 difficulty, if it's 2008 difficulty (66/80 was A+), then possibly 69/70 would pull you through. Conversely, if it was 2014 difficulty (73.5/80), possibly ~75 could pull you through imo.

Though I'd just wait till Monday to check it all out since VCAA could throw us a curveball making things interesting (in a good way in that silly mistakes won't add up like it's becoming known for now rather than testing ability imo/rant).

How Screwed am I

Methods

Exam 1: 39/40 ( didn't express 34/50 as a decimal smh)
Exam 2: 70-76 ( i know i dropped at least 4 the, 70 is a worst case scenario)

Spech

Exam 1: 39/40 dat last question game me a mental blank... :P
Exam 2: hopefully ~73-80 from past exams

Do I still have a chance for 45 in methods?

I'd honestly hope 39 + 76 (what i should be getting) gives you something like 47-48 but if going by past years it's more like 45-46 :/

Specialist is more like ~42

Yeah honestly what's with the speech A+ cutoff being so high? it was something like 73.5/80 last year iirc..

And is your prediction of 45-46 assuming what sacs? Like I think I got that, but I'm rank 1 and no-one got higher or equal to my score in my cohort- would you know what my sacs become?

A+ cutoffs are the worst... My SACs are 95 methods rank 4 and 87 spech rank 2(should scale up as pretty much everyone rank 10+ got 36+/40). I hope the cutoffs are more like 2008 and not at all like last year.
